Eugene Celebration Stage One:

Well there isn't too much to say about the race yesterday. With about 5 miles to go I got a flat rear wheel. I had a semi-fast wheel change and as I was trying to chase back onto the group, I missed the last turn. I didn't realize I had missed the turn until about 3 mi. later. So I turned around and just did an easy spin in. No reason to kill the legs for last place. As it turns out, I wasn't last though. I wonder why the guys behind me even showed up?

I'm off to the time trial this morning. Then the crit i this evening. At least it can only get better.
